WELCOME TO THE DARTMOOR WAY

The Dartmoor Way is a circular walking and cycling route that sweeps for almost 140 km./90 miles around Dartmoor National Park, which is located in the south west of England amidst some of the best landscapes and scenery in Great Britain.

The National Park is one of twelve within England and Wales and is the most southern in England. The Dartmoor Way is the ideal way to discover Dartmoor National Park at any time of year. The route takes you through some of the most charming of Dartmoor's towns and villages which are full of history and interest, so do take time off from walking or cycling to explore.

There is plenty of accommodation to choose from around the route to suit all pockets, from top class hotels to camping barns and even a Baggage Forwarding Facility, enabling you to travel light.

A car is obviously an encumbrance on a walking or cycling holiday, and there are excellent public transport links to the Dartmoor Way.
