Your host will take your bags on to your next nights stop, aiming to deliver them by 4pm so they are ready for you when you arrive. A charge will be made by your host based on the distance to your next nights accommodation. Accommodation businesses offering the service are denoted by the suitcase symbol in the listings within the map packs and on the 'Accommodation Listings pages on this website. Terms & Conditions Important! Baggage Forwarding is by private arrangement with certain accommodation providers. Whether you are making your own arrangements or booking through a Tourist Information Centre, please ensure you give a minimum one weeks advance notice to the accommodation provider that you require this facility. No guarantee can be given that baggage forwarding can always be provided, even though accommodation providers may be listed as providing the service. All of your bags should be firmly tagged with your name and home address, together with the address of your next nights accommodation, for each baggage transfer you require. All valuables should be taken out of your baggage, and you should ensure that you are covered by your own insurance for any loss or damage. No liability can be accepted by Dartmoor Towns Ltd., or the accommodation providers, for any loss or damage to baggage or their contents either while being tranported, or at either the transporters, or the recipients, premises.
